The MindBody Experience is  a center to care for all your needs.  We offer various types of fitness Yoga classes, a licensed Johnny G Spinning facility; Bellydancing for experience and beginners alike with childcare available for all these classes.

The MindBody Experience Spa Escape is a full service spa that uses all natural ingredients in their products that are very effective and promotes healthfulness from the inside out. Childcare is available for many spa appointments as well.
